Eve Merch Store Contact

CCP, why does your merch store have a personal phone number for the contact and an email address that seems to go into a black hole?

Your people shipped me a mug with no padding or packing to protect it and it was completely shattered upon arrival.

I would love to get a replacement mug, point me in the right direction for support please.

Yes, I have also tried the chat. I found a different email address in the terms of service last night that I tried. Waiting a few days to see if I get a response.
