CCP should pay you for your hard work. I do play EVE and I still didn’t understand about half of what you talked about. You seem to be doing a lot for this game, I followed your Mike’s Skills from the chat channel. That stuff is very helpful.

Eve, lie a lot of games generates a LOT of third party support and creativity and just plain service to others. I am very low on the ladder and CCP has given me enough over the years that I do this willingly, not for them but for new players coming in.

I have said this before but it has been a while. Where I come from team sports often have a few old guys hanging about who keep the background clean and the field ready. The run the concession or help out where needed. Often not paid and they do it for the love of the game (be it hockey, soccer, football, whatever) I like Eve and want to see it continue so I do my little part, here and there.
