Seriously, was it too much to ask for the New ‘New Agency Window’ to be a resizeable the window
Do those rust skins come with rust clouds coming off the ship as it moves?
Jokes aside, the invasion being HS only is a big let down. Looking for Invasion Part 2 or something.
The drops are worthless atm and not much to do, just killing roaming groups,
I guess they are using HS only as a test, fewer people complain about loosing supers
Hi realize
missing corporation kills in ui, where to see them after current update???
So, I just updated all my market orders and then went back through them with the small arrows. Every. Single. Time. The tree view updated. This is utterly distracting and time consuming (it slows down the market window noticeably) and it completely messes up the browse view. I have to click at last 20 more times to close all the categories. Turn this off!
Home tab in the Corp window
CCP follows suit to other games breaking it with updates … like ditch essential game mechanics like wormhole information NOT BROADCASTED in the agency.
Common I was just getting back to eve and now this agency thing
Oh, and effing great! An Advertisement moved the more important dev blog about the 64 Bit client and the info about the patch out of view from the launcher.
Wonderful, @CCP_Falcon Fix that rubbish!
thanks
Oh Lord the gnashing of nullbear teeth.
It’s clearly billed as PART 1.
Don’t worry so much. I’m sure they will be invading your home systems out there soon enough. Then you can come back and cry about them reinforcing your Sov structures.
Red and black to me remind me of redback spiders and I am scared to undock in a ship that might fall victim to the dangerous venom that could be lurking in the currently invaded system I am hiding.
Other than that I am all fine and thank you for putting together a very smooth running game client and fast update.
You team who handle the workings of the game client , patch download etc need a pat on the back.
Very fast and smooth, well done. o7
What is the loot atm? Anything worth doing new stuff or just shooting for fun and scraps?
Not true. Not for missile launchers. Faction missile launchers with t2 ammo will do more dps than t2 launchers. it’s only 1-5 dps per launcher, but it’s ALWAYS higher for launchers, because the base damage modification number on the faction launchers is so high.
Guns are hit and miss, some will do more, some will do less. This will depend mostly on their ranges, some faction guns have better otpimals than t2’s, and will apply more dps than t2 no matter what, even if their paper number isnt better. There ARE faction guns that get more dps than t2 guns iwth t2 ammo, even at lvl 5 skills.
but ALL faction launchers do better.
So his golem probably picked up a ton of dps.
I love the new Agency. Very practical for both newbies and for pros (unlike previous incarnations) for both routine and occasional usage. A few suggestions for improved UI/UX:
-
Bug: Bookmarks aren’t saving
-
Replace specialized windows with generalized windows. Some windows are “specialized” versions of other windows. For example: the Security Agents window is a specialized version of the Agent Finder. Instead of having a specialized window, it should go to the generalized window with the fields prepopulated accordingly. For example: when I click Security Agents, it should take me to the Agent finder with the Agent type specified as Security

I know R&D agents are largely a thing of the past, but as long as they’re still a thing… there should be an option to specify the desired datacores. In going with my previous suggestion, I think that whenever you specify the Agent Type as R&D that a list of datacores appears for you to check, and only agents with at least one of those cores listed will appear

Some sections are marked as unavailable - I think we should still be able to navigate to them and the contents itself should indicate the content is unavailable. This would allow us to access the useful explanations as to what the content is and how it works as provided in other sections as well as make the section bookmarkable
-
Factional Warfare
– Include current tiers for the four empires
– Include filter for Complex Type -
Triglavian Invasions should be relocated to, or at least also be accessible from, the Encounters section (ie. list it there as well). Personally I would favor relocation to bring it on par with other content… truthfully I’m not crazy about how CCP is favoring Trig stuff at the expense of neglecting everything else (such as missions, combat sites, Incursions, etc). New is exciting, but it isn’t (nor should it be) always better. (On a related note, existing content such as missions could use an upgrade or even a complete and total rehaul, but that’s a different topic.)
-
Combat Anomalies and Combat Signature Sections should be merged since they’re almost identical. A list or couple of check boxes could specify if we want one or the other or both. Perhaps you could also include a list of checkboxes of site types (including “unknown” if we know a site is present but the kind hasn’t been determined yet so we can go and check it out) so we can filter multiple kinds of sites of interest simultaneously. This is particularly useful for combat sites when we don’t care if it is in the form of a anom or sig.

Asteroid Belts
– Rename the Minerals helpbox to ores
– Introduced a new Minerals helpbox similar to the ores box, except that it shows minerals against ores, and ores are listed in order of richness. This will allow us to determine in-game and at-a-glance which ores provide the richest yields for a given mineral. -
Ice Belts - nothing is showing under the Information section. Perhaps some helpboxes indicated ice vs yields and yields vs ice as described above?
-
Resource Harvesting - perhaps a section for gas in which, similar to other sections, you indicate the presence of gas in nearby systems but not the type? It should have two help boxes for clouds vs yields and yields vs clouds as I suggested previously
-
Tutorials
– Rename to Support
– Move it to last in list (ie. after Trig Invasion)
– Include content from the EVE Help window (support channel, help center, bug report, tutorial videos)
– Include Pointer Window tool -
EVE Help window - Include link to Pointer Window tool

Systems->Activities drilldown in addition to Activities->Systems drilldown. Some players have complained that, in contrast to the old Agency, the new Agency doesn’t provide an overview of all the opportunities available on a per-system basis. I agree that this would be nice to have in the new Agency by introducing a new Systems tab to provide a System-> Activities overview in addition to the Activities ->Systems drilldown that all the other tabs show. That way, we get the best of both worlds without too much clutter; otherwise, if we wanted to search for nearby activities in general, this would be a major pain in the ass.
Fortunately it won’t need all the filters and whatnot like the old agency (ie. we don’t need to embed the old agency into the new agency)
Look for small arrow buttons below the first image, these enable cycling through the gigantic info/ads.
The previous launcher had a ‘latest news’ text list, packing all the info you could ask for on one screen. CCP could still compromise with smaller pictures + text, modernizing the look while packing more info. Example: the Steam game library list view: 120x45 pixel images + text.

This is stupid put it back the way it was.
You do realize launchers don’t get that bonus (they rof instead) and that real gain is in t2 missiles themselves?
You have been getting constant stream of features in null. So stop complaining that hs finally has something as well… on another hand this does cause disruption on shipping lanes here
Your very first post on the forums, this is what you do with it?
