Just out of curiosity: What is the point of this very intriguing “Did you enjoy playing EVE today” thumbs up/down thing? I can click that thing however often I like. Seems rather pointless to me.
There are good reasons for mining in invasion systems:
Invasion systems have a mining bonus, so this ENCOURAGES mining in those systems. Stronger bonus in the more central systems. Might want to relocate mining ops to those systems, actually
Expose players to Intermediate-level content, get them out of their comfort zone
Players who don’t want to be in those systems need to learn how to operate outside of start systems and their “home base”
etc etc etc
Better to get ganked by a rat than by CODE I guess. At least it won’t show up on the Killboard statistics
¯_(ツ)_/¯
I was read the path notes and can tell u now guys:
Like a always, stupid and useles changing balance.
Absolutley useles “the agency” graphics changes, now client will take more system resouses than earlear, “great job CCP”.
Iam having a question to CCP:
On the basis of what you raised prices on PLEX? U can do it only if game will better after path, but it is not!
I wonder that too but CCP isn’t the only people that do this. League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Old School Runescape. Even my local government put this on a web form we’re required by law to use. Blows my mind since it seems like such useless data.
In another thread someone said they keep track of average yes/no ratio and when the ratio changes drastically it alerts the company.
Using another race’s career agents is a horrible way to fix poor factional standings. Just do L1 missions, which are ALWAYS accessible regardless of standings. (Career agents are basically “L0” missions with crap rewards; I don’t even even know if they count toward storylines so I can’t comment on that). And there are other options for raising poor standings as well, but L1 missions are a reliable way to grind up to -2 faction standings at which point you will unlock all other levels you would otherwise have access to.
Also: distribution missions are gold for grinding storylines. I have literally done 6 storyline missions a day in a 20m Nereus fit using L4 distribution agents while multitasking (ie. semi-AFKing). Yes, that means around 100 missions in ~6 hours, each done in a few minutes.
why can we only offer assistance to corps that ask for it?
– unexperienced corps will not know what to do when decced, so we need first to evemail them to open up for assistance offers … precious time is wasted until allies then actually join
locator agents:
why no link to the station / system of the scum bag?
why no linfo if the scum bag is docked in a citadell - instead he is shown as “in system”?
– I’ve found your scumsucker. He is in the Lanngisi system, Ani constellation of the Metropolis region.
– while actually docked in a cit
I would go one step further with cosmic signatures in the new Agency and paste what is saved in game memory of what was scanned so far into the sig lists of systems in the Agency.
Using Agency to be in the same system 3+ times because of amount of sigs it has, which I already scanned is little annoying.
Not being able to do anything about people salvaging your wrecks is the most frustrating thing. And has erased any enjoyment I got out of the first hour of the invasion and fighting the trigs…
Enough that I’m just not gonna do it.
