It would be nice if the agency would give distances based on AP settings. Right now it might tell you itā€™s 10 jumps to some specific target but when you set a destination itā€™s 22, because you have AP set to avoid low sec.

Why not adjust the agency distances based on your AP setting or at least give an option for it?

So basically you dont know what a jump clone is and your using nullsec as a safety net against wardecs?

You are letting the initiative down so much right now; The Initiativeā€¦ the group that basically evicted hard knocks from its home wormholeā€¦ that should be on deployment anywayā€¦ how in the hell did you even get in??

TBVH your gripe sounds very much like a YOU problem, and not an issue with the game or content at all.

As a newbie, I guess I may not understand, but with the new Agency comparing it to the old oneā€¦ The Old one gave me a summary of my systemā€¦ I could see what was in the areaā€¦ If I scanned down 3 sigs, it told me on the summary screen what those wereā€¦ nowā€¦ I have this hugely complicated thingā€¦ the Agency symbol now flashes to say theres something new in the system and there used to be a tag on the new item, but theres no way to identify that in the actual agency nowā€¦ If I scan down three anomolies in the systemā€¦ it looses that info if i leave that system, so i have no idea whether the anomolies that I am seeing are the ones I scanned or not, and finally, I often find it tells me theres one anomoly in the next system, but when i get there there are actually three or four. It just seems like a really useful tool for a newbie vanished overnight and is now useless because the info is not accurate and not persistant and the indicator on the main screen that says something is new cannot be determined when you get into the screen. I guess as I get more experienced, I will learn new ways to get this info, but the origional seemed pretty much perfect to me, and the new one is pretty much unuseable :frowning:

I agree completely eve needs these profitable sites that draw people to them while allowing other players to come and disrupt it for pvp opportunities, maybe if the sites could be run while having a point it would work even better, maybe the npc warps off before it dies if it isnā€™t pointed.

The trigs warp off a lot, i think you do need to point them, though not 100% why they warp off or do what they do.

Iā€™v only seen the logi frig warp off if the rest of them die, maybe he is like f%c t#s S#$t they donā€™t pay me enough for this. xD

In the agent finder i am unable to sort the results by range.

The new Agency window is a step backwards.

The previous Agency window was a good summary with filters - you could see multiple available missions & encounters & escalations & sites all at the same time and they updated as you moved through the systems. You could see many options at once, or could limit the display to a subset of interest. It was re-sizable, so you could keep it small and open all the time. The engagement came from either looking for a specific type or from seeing something to engage with as you moved through space.

The new Agency window is not a summary - it is drill-down only. You can see nothing until you have clicked down through the buttons to find a specific type of engagement. There is no way to see what is available around you, no way to browse as you progress through systems. You have to known what type of engagement they want and how to navigate through the (fixed) workflow to get to it. The browsing is gone. The ā€œwhatā€™s going on around hereā€ is gone. The window is fixed and has huge images to click on - there is no way to put a small version in the corner and keep it open. The rendering is yet another window style - and it takes up much more space than the standard window style.

The new Agency window looks like it runs great on PowerPoint. In-game it reduces engagement options and is intrusive in size and style.

As an analogy, if the previous Agency window was space-lego, the new Agency window is Duplo.

Been exploring in low sec. As I havenā€™t found a null corp yet. Clone jumped to hi sec to check out invasions yesterday. Lost an assault frig early, then tried a fleet in a bs. It was fun I guess but, how do you make any isk? Between the lost frig and the ammo used. Iā€™m down isk atm. Are we supposed to fight for salvage? I donā€™t really get it I guess. Oh well Iā€™ll be going back to low sec tomorrow. One more thing. Maybe I missed it. Anyway a little heads up on the overview wouldā€™ve been nice. The triglaves always showed up in dead space but not in regular. Almost got popped figuring that one out.

The rats are entirely too strong for high sec in about one shot of my porpoise come on guys donā€™t be stupid youā€™re killing solo mining even if I would have my two barges with me there would have been no way we could kill the rats in the asteroid belt youā€™re really killing the game theyā€™re CCP got to keep the power down on the rats to wear normal minor can take them Iā€™m in a porpoise I should not have a problem taking on rats especially with a set of freaking storyline medium drones you made the rats entirely too strong for high-security space for the mining division we do not want to meet a fleet just to do our job

WTF why are you mining in an invasion system, go elsewhere to mineā€¦

Well, you asked about content not accessible from certain areas of space, so I started listing things that can be done only in nullā€¦ sure, you can fly supers in low sec, but you canā€™t make them in ls. Reactions canā€™t be done in hs. There is plenty of content that is restricted only to given areas of space.
