While you could go to https://evewho.com/ to find a bigger version of your portrait or find the portrait folder on your PC to copy it from, we can already see some of your smaller portrait in the forum.

There are some rather affordable clothing items sold on the ingame market. Especially Jita 4-4 has a good selection.
No need to buy from the New Eden Store (NES) if you don’t want something particular.

The opening post has an explanation on how to get new apparel items.
Many apparel items don’t need serious money and can be bought for what is essentially spare change.
