I think somehting might be lost in translation there. I don’t doubt that CCP could be incompetent enough to go this way, but as I said, it’s a full retard move.

CCP isn’t running Serenity, it crashing and burning doesn’t directly impact CCP at all as they only license the code, the chinese company running the game is in full control of whatever features they choose to use over there

The code base is shared, so the new RMT features (in-game char and ISK selling for cash) currently being implemented come from CCP devs. It‘s just a question which features will be activated on which server.

Its more a case of them asking for specific features, just like the chinese exclusive skins that we don’t get, just because its there that doesn’t mean it has anything to do with CCP if they choose to use it
