Eve support not replying

Hello everyone so i have an issue i toke a break of the game for aprox 4 months now am trying to get back, all my alt accounts are there but my main account is not . so i tried to recover my main account using the recovery option in main website using my username and it says unexpected error. as shown in image below , i tried different account username it worked fine, i cleared my cache changed the browser and also incognito mode nothing works i submitted a ticket describing my problem and not a single response received for 4 days, and no i haven not been banned or break any roles. i simply toke a break of the game… any assistance will be appreciated.

update: all sorted out. after contacting multiple Gms Thanks to Gm Arbor

Posting here will not really do anything. You need to contact customer support, and wait for their reply.

i did contact , and i did wait , should i wait more than 4 days ?

Unfortunately for these things, it takes as long as it takes.

Bottom line is, there is nothing that anyone here can really do for you.

am sure one of devs might mark this issue as important maybe since my username no longer exist and character still in game for no actual reason ?

Its a different type of Dev. Customer support is different than the people who develope and work on the game.

The person who is making models for the game, will not have access to other players accounts and resolve tickets.

They usually dont. Thats why I said, the recommendation is, contact support, wait for their reply.

yeah man just thought that might help somehow, its just i spent much on that account and its since 2015 something so am worry a bit of taking so long to just reply to me.

account issues can and will take upwards of a couple weeks or more. give it time.

As others have mentioned, Support is the correct place to respond/escalate account issues.

yes but when the support response is not making any sense i have the right to publicize the issue as a part of the general discussion

Did you have a lot of assets on the “banned” account?

I’d agree you have the right to discuss the situation, especially considering the confusing circumstances.

But be careful where/how you do it.
