As someone who works as a pharmacist, I can tell you the rude, impatient, loud mouthed a-holes are the ones that i am least inclined to help, or do a favor for. Especially if we are busy.
Also, why would you be asking for ingame losses, when they already reimbursed losses from the ddos attack? Sounds like your situation is more complex. And you waited a whole couple days? Wow, bravo. There are people who wait a month patiently, but you waited a whole couple days. If you ever came to my store I bet you would be the last to leave.
