Whats support like these days ? Genuine Question

I was wondering how support response times compare to a couple of years ago. When I last submitted a ticket, it was handled within a few days, and the service throughout was excellent.

However, I submitted a ticket (eight days ago) ID reference :- 2365888 regarding a refund request for MCT, and I haven’t received a response yet. It hasn’t been touched, so I’m wondering, does the fact that it’s a refund request mean it’s being placed at the back of the queue?

Additionally, I had initially requested a transfer of the MCT across various accounts. If this isn’t possible for any reason, I’d ideally like to receive a refund so I can repurchase two per account (six total) instead of the 12 I originally bought. At the time, I assumed I could transfer them between accounts, but I’ve since realized that wasn’t the case.

Let’s just say I got a little excited and made the purchase without fully reading the details!

I put in a support request on May 29, and just received an initial response requesting further information two days ago.

Now, in all fairness to CCP it is a non-standard request, so I was not surprised by how long it took to receive anything other than the initial canned we received your ticket response.

In the past, my requests have all been handled quickly and politely, so in my personal experience support has been good.
