You should be fine on medium, thermal throttling will become an issue more you up game settings and time spent playing.
Because most ppl use it,as soon as you get wireless mouse one click disable it.
Throwing nice chunk of money on form factor instead of performance seems a bit off i would go gaming laptop…tis your money to burn tho.
