Well that is because NPCs killing players generates a kill, but you killing an NPC does not.
If that was true, my killboard would be green from the abyss

When player ships are blown - isk is generated (insurance payouts), not lost. Loss of assets is not equal to loss of isk as when you buy things from other players isk just move hands instead of leaving the game.

This is not totally true, long ago a corp named Moo use to mop the floor with Concord ships, which lead to what Concord is today! they can no longer be killed
in Vip sites carrier spawns in highsec that will rip you to shreds. The moment it started dealing damage to my Stratios with heavy plate and then me hitting that warp out button second later saved me in 3% hull.

What about Carrier, how long it stands? Anybody was so crazy to kill it? With something?
Carrier is heavy tanked. 5000+ dps needed.
But one rattlesnake can safely tank it solo.
I fund 3 SP farms for self injection through my PvE. Plus, I have 4 omega accounts (which I sub). Not only do I need to grind MPTC’s and Injectors, but I also like to maximize my SP gains (and SP to isk ratio) by keeping all of them boosted with cerebral accelerators during events.
When events come out, I have to make a determination. Is it better for me to run the event, or to stick to my normal isk making activities, and buy the accelerators (and other goodies) from the market.
Also, I like to make newbro friendly videos about live events for two reasons. First, it helps newbros to participate, and second I usually get 4-5 times the views that my other videos get. I’m sure many people enjoy learning by doing, but I fail to see how viewers practicing risk management strategies and arming themselves with knowledge is somehow a bad thing.

Messing up an NPCs damage can happen (although it shouldn’t) but lootboxes in EvE ? Really ?
Delivering those event-tickets + minerals + millions of isks gives you a RANDOM item from a lootbox ?

The rewards do not worth the risk and running the event sites. So after running 5-6 sites I dropped running. Do not run events when they are first launched. Either it will disrupt the market with massive loot or just a very bad loot overall.

Agreed, too much risk plus cost. Events have become not worth it, have to have both battle and mining ships to complete combined with isk, and then to get accerators craft with PI and exploration mats, so spend more isk, with the basic ones being most common now and the others more rare. Also the respawn rates of sites is terrible, the reprocessed minerals per site of 2.5 when 42 is need per basic accelerator is insanely bad and the whole thing being a lottery loot box for rewards at the end of it all is so bad. Events need to go back to how they were with run a site get your loots and done. You’re better off just normal ratting and buying injectors and skins from the store.
