All we know is that quarter 4 ends Feb 1 of next year. I would think CCP would want all big changes done before the holiday season.
We don;t know what CCP is going to do during the mining balance pass. If all they do is nerf mining, i would expect more players to leave and many more to return to Eve.
Before Feb 1 is all we know.

Marauders got buffed. I would watch the blanket statements that are untrue 
buffed then nerfed so a berf? or a nuff?

What I would like to see is everything back to how it was before CCP started this stuff. All ore/minerals back their original size and composition. Minerals back in the moons. Ore anoms in high sec.
I would like to see ice anoms but working right. I think every Region should have 4-6 ice anoms per day. I would love for the ice to despawn after an hour or two. Screw that once they are killed.
If CCP does not put back most of what they screwed up, I only see more players leaving or not returning.
I don’t want to think about how many players CCP will drive from the game with a bad mining ship balance. I don’t think this game can stand to lose many more players.

LOL …after all the caterwauling that the Orca is a command ship…oh there would be howling.
The one positive change he has ever made in the game, buffing marauders…
For just long enough to get people invested and spending isk on them, so he could just turn around and nerf bastion mode…

Don’t see why mining command ships shouldn’t be able to mine when combat command ships can still fight reasonably well. For example, the Sleipnir is one best non-pirate projectile ships for it’s size (and being a command ship) there’s no obligation to fit it with command bursts if you want to maximize DPS.

Did you just use a ship people regularly say needs a nerf as an example of why yours doesn’t?
Or they should remove all the weapon hardpoints from command ships because they are meant to be command ships and boost their fleet members.
If Rorquals and Orcas are going to have their mining ability removed because they are meant to be command ships to boost their fleet members then it’s only fair.
