Expedition Command module Dual BUG? Reach charge not changing DATA range

I am trying various fits with the Odysseus
and one fit is a double Expedition Command Burst with Range script.

The Data Analyzer get to 20 Km with one, and it doesn’t increase any longer when the second Command Reach Burst charge is activated…

All other Command Bursts when working in Dual mode Boosts modules as intended…
i.e. 2X the effect of one Burst only… but not the Expedition Command Burst II module…

At least on Simulated Odysseus testing it looks alike…

Also I’ve been using the SOE Command Bursts modules, which have a longer Fleet range
but all other stats are identical to the T2 version…

For the cost associated it would be much cooler if it would give a smaller % increase to all charges also. It would be much more easy to sell on the market also…

You cannot stack the same command burst twice, it doesn’t work that way. Only the strongest buff applies.

OK, I checked on other Dual Command ships if this applies to all other ships
and it looks like it… Strange… Thought it would work with some kind of stacking penalty…
