Exploit in Wardec vs Station Defenses

My corp was wardec’d despite being non-PVP, but when Arco attacked nothing would penetrate their armor in HS. None of the station defensive systems would phase them… so a whole station defense could not take even one ship. This exploit by Arco has costed me 3 stations today and more than likely the other 2 in Iro including a sotiyo to a Ikr… The only answer can be they are aware of this exploit and I confirmed it with other corps who also cannot mount any true defense.
