Wouldn’t be surprised if there are some economic changes so they’re not telling up front.

Hope to further improve the picture quality (I am dreaming) 
Its always easier to just write the notes after they implement the patch, then they will get feedback from the players of what they broke this time.
The players though would love to know what is actually going to happen to the game they love playing…

No patch notes before downtime means a lot of brown stuff going straight to the fan.

Because the patch notes have a massive impact on whether or not I’ll be logging in anymore. Being kept in the dark about massive changes to the game feels really bad. That’s why people are “bitching” about the patch notes not being out.
Minimizing the poor way they’ve handled this just to be edgy or bait replies is pathetic.

I would like a video from The Scope which comments on some of the recent changes and events, especially with the changes surrounding market fees (what’s up SCC? concord?)
instead of red dots… you should make cloaky campers cloaking devices short out and recalibrate for 15 minutes due to inactivity for more than 2 hours make EVE great again
