Faction Weapons should receive at least PARTIAL Spec Bonuses

Many of us have invested millions of Skillpoints training into all the Weapon Specializations so we can be more proficient in each weapon category. Now that we can afford to use more high-end fittings, we often opt for Faction instead of T2 Weapon Mods, especially in regards to the Triglavian ships. How does it make sense that Small/Medium/Large Precursor Weapon Specialization skills have no effect on the Faction Weapons? They should at minimum give 1% per skill level, for a total of a 5% increase in damage to these modules. Perhaps the skills can be changed to affect ALL modules, with a 1% increase per level to T1/Meta/Faction/Deadspace/Officer modules and a 2% increase to T2 modules? Thoughts?

Because the missile specializations dont offer anything over fac vs T2.

Except for the fact missile spec, allows you to use T2 missiles and gives a bonus to launcher RoF.

But according to the skill you mentioned it says for medium:

2% bonus per skill level to the damage of medium weapons requiring Medium Disintegrator Specialization

So does faction not actually get that bonus as it should?
