No need for upwells, being militia related groups opens up the old wardec system, make it 0 isk fee or tiny minimal symbolic LP fee.

I still don’t know how to fix the problem of having neutral corps with every possible alt direct enlisted in FW who will just seagull and overgrid every site, in many cases they are spy alts from the other militia, my alt got kicked out the militia twice in a week for shooting them.
