Thats a total different scenario. I wanted only to adress the problem of people entering your plex, grabbing parts of your payment while not doing anything, but you also can’t drive them out because that would give you huge standing hits.
If you can’t hold the plex because a blob pushes you out… well, then you don’t deserve the payment I guess. Every DED runner or miner has the same problem, if the blob comes, you leave and they take the content. It isn’t like it is your plex to farm.
I am writing to report an issue regarding LP leeching behavior during an Angel 30, and to request a review of the current LP distribution mechanics.
My corporation fleet spent significant time and effort completing all waves, mechanics, and combat content of an Angel 30-man site. Our fleet fully cleared all enemies and progressed to the final stage of the site through legitimate PvE gameplay.
Shortly before completing the final objective, a large number of frigates warped onto the grid. These pilots did not engage any enemies, deal damage, assist with mechanics, or contribute to the completion of the site in any way. They simply remained on grid to leech a large portion of the loyalty points earned by our fleet.
This is not an isolated incident. Multiple pilots in my group have repeatedly encountered similar LP leeching behavior in various faction plexes across Angel space. Non-contributing pilots and external fleets frequently arrive at the last moment to claim rewards without participating in the actual PvE content.
This behavior severely harms the experience of small-group PvE pilots and undermines the fairness of faction warfare and plex content. The current LP distribution system allows non-participating pilots to freeload rewards from players who complete all the combat and mechanics.
I kindly request that you review this specific incident, consider improving the LP distribution rules for faction sites and plexes, and adjust the system to ensure rewards are only granted to pilots who actively participate in combat and site completion. This would help reduce leeching and create a fairer environment for all players.
If needed, I can provide approximate system, time, and additional details of the incident.

I spent significant time and effort completing all waves, mechanics, and combat content of an Angel 30-man site with my 10 friends in atrons. We didn’t have to kill any NPCs because 10 atrons can tank an ice heist no problem.
Shortly before completing the final objective, 40 frat ravens and 30 ospreys warped onto the grid. These pilots did not engage any enemies, deal damage, assist with mechanics, or contribute to the completion of the site in any way. They simply remained on grid to leech a large portion of the loyalty points earned by our 10 atrons. Additionally, they bring an out-of-militia alt in a marauder/gila, which they remote repair with 30 in-militia ospreys, to kill our atrons before the site is complete to make sure we receive no payout.

At 17:10 on May 6th, in Gebuladi, Angel Adv30, a player with the character ID “Bhalgaroth” once again publicly provoked all pirate players on the local channel, using the following words:
“I stole your things”
“You are all my dogs”
“You are my workers”
“I take your money and you can’t stop me. You tried to get rid of me, but failed. Next time when I steal your money again, I want to hear you cry.”
He used malicious prophecies to attack every player who tried to play the game normally without being punished.
He used underhanded tactics and a cheap frigate to steal two fleets belonging to different alliances and different armies. The combined efforts of ninety people were stolen in this way, without any cost and without facing any punishment.
He employed anti-Awoxing measures, using “Interdictors” and “Command Destroyers”, and by using “Warp Disrupt Probe” and “Micro Jump Field Generator”, he interfered with the battle between the angel fleet and the enemy. However, he would not be marked as a suspect.
“some pilots “stealing” the LP payouts in Factional Warfare sites by simply hanging around while others do the work (commonly referred to as seagulling)”
now u see representative personage.
I don’t want the members of the fleet to become thieves, but they are considering theft as the most cost-effective production method, and I can’t stop this trend.
CCP said they monitoring it closely with potential solutions in mind, and now we need you to do something.
He used a translation software to translate these words into Chinese in order to evade regulatory penalties. This is his own statement translated into Chinese.

He and we are both in the angel faction. According to the CCP’s regulations, attacking him will result in severe game penalties…
