Hello all! I am trying to build a ship with the fastest align/warp speed. The general purpose of this ship is to move high priced, low m3 good accross vast distances quickly. It does not need to fight back. I need to align and warp right away to the next gate and keep moving quickly. Does anyone have suggestions on builds for this purpose?
Hecate or sunesis.
Travelceptor or AF could also work.

You can make the Sunesis sub-2 second align. You can get the Hecate to sub-1 second align. Neither ship can do that on their own, though. You will need implants and boosters/drugs to make them that fast.

In case you are very unlucky one day, I suggest you have a little tank on, so you may survive 2x battleship and some nullsec gate.
If not much changed, you would need to 2x8x300 hp with 0 resistance. It is only for reference and an estimate.
(The 2x here is assuming 2x battleship at a gate).
I remember in Stain they like to use the True Sansha smartbombs, which do 320hp damage each, so you would need to adjust your ship hp accordingly.
That would be 2x8x320, which is 5,120HP for your ship, without any resistances.
My taxi-crow fit has 8640 eHP and 50-ish % shield resistance onmi. If you have the room to fit them, that would be one medium shield extender, one adaptive invulnerability field II and one passive em shield hardener. Either use the t2 one or the Caldari Navy one, depending on the current price-tag.
You could in theory have something similar with faction armor plates, but I never bothered to fiddle with an armor fit that could align quick enough still.
Or in case the ship you chose has enough low-slots, hull tank won’t slow you down, but reduces your cargo hold.

Not 100% sure if you meant it that way but just to make sure: the Sunesis can be made sub 2 sec very easily without implants or boosters. Even my low trained alpha friendly general purpose fit can do that and with better skills you don’t even need all the low slots dedicated to make it sub 2 sec.
Edit: Btw with active tanking it can survive a smartbomb gatecamp reliably without issue even on a lowly trained spare alpha alt…

It’s not cheap, but a Pacifier with hyperspatial rigs is going to be the fastest warping ship:
This speed is only exceeded by the Leopard shuttle, which has a lot less cargo space and is a lot mroe vulnerable to smartbombs.
With nullifier, covert ops cloak, shield extenders and inertial stabilizers it’s harder to kill a Pacifier.

Hecate can align under a second and is thus unlockable, but will require 500 million implants.
Even without the 500 million in implants it’s still pretty quick.
My Sub-2 Sune requires no boosters or implants, only 2x inertial stabilizers.
It has broad Smartbomb tank and 735m^3 of storage, warping at a little north of 8.5 AU/s.

And comes close to 18 AU or even over 20 AU with implants.
For moving valuable goods I like a sub 2 second align time AND a covert cloak.
If moving lots of stuff you can’t beat an unscannable blockade runner. For small amounts I used to use Leopards and T3 destroyers, but have settled on the Victorieux Luxury Yacht as the vessel of choice…
- Sub 2 second align time with Normads and EM-705
- 12 Au/s warp speed
- 5200 m/s speed with MWD (great for GTFO, as well as bookmarking…)
- Cruiser-sized 25,000 EHP tank
- Covert cloak
- Interdiction Nullifier
- Warp core stab - optional: for those rare moments when you’ve dropped your guard…
- Its a luxury yacht - giving you the right to point and laugh at all the poors you see in system.
Only danger is the 30 sec cloak reactivation delay: you may need to wait a few seconds at gate before breaking gate cloak before jumping and covert cloaking.
