I have to agree that taking 5 to 6 months to complete the “shortage” stage is going to lose a lot of accounts… Picking up the pace is crucial to the survival of the players and the game. I understand that a revamp of the mining industry is essential, but you can’t take so long that players will run out of isk and ships… there will be nothing left to do in the game.

Can’t say I disagree on most of your bullet points, however as for sorting ships in your hangar, that has been in the game for as long as I can remember: just right click a bit of empty space in the hangar and select Sort by… You can then sort by name, quantity, type and estimated price.
WTB hotfix to remove red dots.

you’ll see less people playing is all you’ll see. see I don’t mine, I love to PVP, but my loot drops aren’t going to change for rattting, and my ship prices are going to go thru the roof. when my bank is gone, and it takes me 3 times longer to replace a ship, i just stop playing.

it’s been a while and you gathered some feedback (assuming that you actually evaluate this thread). Can you give us some update what we can expect from you?
To say the least, I was a bit miffed to see that after the patch the red dots are still there and stacking in containers still doesnt work … dont forget the warp in to POCOs.
Any decision/timeline for these matters?
I´m aware that it is not pure fun for you guys to read this thread, but it’s only the more important to show some appreciation and reaction.

RTFA. There are three phases: reduction, redistribution, “dynamic distribution”. The nuking is the first phase. Then they buff it back up in different amounts, then they implement … something, to adjust mining output on the fly.
This was all talked about on the dev post. They’re nuking mining now to take measurements (I assume to see who has stockpiles).

In the PI interface, now if you double-click the Extractor Control Unit, it is far more likely that the UI will drag back around to center the camera on the Command Center.
This is terrible UI design. There is no reason why double-clicking should either 1) bring up the UI panel for that structure, but also 2) drag the camera to some totally different structure for no reason if you’re off by too many pixels.
Please just get rid of the double-click-to-focus-on-the-command-center function entirely.

Red dots and a number on red over inventory is ■■■■■■■ annoing, drives most people crazy, it hurts eyes, colour and design does not fit to EVE UI at all and is simply U G L Y . Why it doesn’t disappear upon mouse over inventory icon on neo com menu. Why it is not switchable. Why this stupid thing is mandatory. You consulted it with children on a playground. Who is responsible for this ■■■■?
