I made run of eastern route on 15th March and I’m almost sure my time should be in top 10.
I did run between 19:16 and 19:35 EVE time. Can you check why my time is missing on leaderboard?
I can supply you with screen record of whole run if it would help.

Как я понял, гран-при создано для обогащения пиратов, и трат наших кровно заработаных исков,(а у кого-то и реальных денег)потому как, по сути, призов нормальных нет(их не продать, не обменять ни на что нельзя(()) . А попасть в 10 нереально(обычным игрокам, которые относительно недавно начали играть) только прокачаным. Потому, не советую даже начинать )да и осмотреть достопримечательности… тот еще прикол

Correct me if im wrong but you dont have to comlete all the routes in one go to get a time on the leaderboard right? Taken that you can do them seperately i think there are some runs missing i’ve done. First one on Monday March 15 ending at about 01:45 at Southern route Eve time and the second also on Monday March 15 ending at About 23:15 on Eastern route
Times i got using my phones stopwatch starting with the agencys sound cue of the starting line in Luminaire and ending with the sound cue of finish line are 46:18.7 on Southern and 25:08.9 on Eastern
Both runs were done with this account since i do not have an alt
I’m hoping that my faster run is picked up tomorrow and i’m not also getting a bugged run, completed it about 3h before downtime today so thats probably why
if it isnt because of it being closish to downtime and it is bugged @CCP_Convict hit me up because I might be able to narrow down 2 potential reasons for the times not getting picked up
Then they are off, I had a northern route that was 39 Min.
While we are waiting for the lap times to be updated, lets go live to the starting grid!
How is the system calculating the official time?
Is it adding all the remaining timers on waypoints, then takes the difference from the addition of all timers (full timer)?

Sweet, just made a little less than 36min run on south. I recorded the screen session, and loading the 2go video file to my google drive… lol perhaps I can figure out how to share a link if needed @CCP_Convict ?
Just done Eastern in 21:59. There’s still room for improvement, but I don’t think it’s possible for me to do better than 20 min. Hope that’s would be enough to be in top 10. Yet, there are two more routes to go.

Got a ~17:40 on the Eastern rout. Could probably do better, but without sacrificing a lot of ISK I don’t think I could save more then maybe 20-30 sec. I still haven’t run either of the other routs yet either. Hopefully this time isn’t bugged like my last time was.
Leaderboards updated.
Thank you for your reports which allowed us to identify a flaw in our script which wasn’t correctly updating improved times for capsuleers. As a result all the leaderboards have seen some dramatic decreases in the times and should now correctly reflect your fastest time achieved for each route.
An additional personal thanks for being so patient and providing constructive feedback while we figured this out! I’ve uploaded an Excel file here which has the top 100 for each route as of midnight UTC this morning so that people who are outside the top 10 can see where we have your times pegged so that you may alert of us of anything else that seems “off”.
Also shout out to Interstella Cabbage SellaFella (currently in 47th place on the Southern Route) just for having such an awesome name. 
Can you reveal what the issue was?
It’s pretty much as I said there. Unfortunately I can’t tell you the exact error because I wouldn’t know how to explain it anyway. 
What it seems was happening that only a player’s first score on each route was being reported and any other attempts - even if faster - were not being picked up properly. However in the first few days there was still some movement on the leaderboards due to people posting very fast times on their first tries which gave the false impression that things were updating.
Once players started pointing out the times were getting a bit sus we gathered the reports and were able to identify the flaw. @Elsebeth_Rhiannon helped me with some troubleshooting too, so cheers!

Hi. I have Expert Cerebral Accelerator in my head and i can’t use Grand Prix Warp Booster. This is the first time when a game hurts me because of a donation.
Could you fix it?
My morning run around 10:00am before downtime.
Northern Route time around 32.51.16 is not on the leaderboard
are you sure the bug has been fixed?
sisi server has changed the slot from 10 to 8 so that might be coming to tq soon
@xa666 convict said the times are form midnight UTC< so your run will be updated on there tomorrow
