I often see some members from dock workers who have joined Garente camp at Jita4-4, and the cardari Navy NPCs do not attack them(Normally, the Gallent member in FW will be attacked by empire navy NPCs when entering the cadari hi-sec). How did they do it?I heard they use some punishers with speeds exceeding 7K/s to attract NPCs, but how do they works?
