Bumping, and only the bumping effect of your ship, allows you to kill ships in HS without even concord intervening.
You claimed that you could kill ships in hisec without a Concord response, via the use of bumping; except that you didn’t kill anything, NPCs did.
TL;DR you tell big fat porkies in order to make yourself look clever; and you keep doing it despite making yourself look stupid every damn time.
