Fleet Broadcasts sent the event log

Hi,

Could fleet broad casts be logged in the event logs?
Is the reason they are not logged because 3rd party programs can read them to you with text to speech or some such “cheating”.
(I know no one in eve cheats, its more of a theoretical possibility.)
