flogging the dead horse here but how about some new stuff for us vets out here; missions that utalise our full skill reservoir and are at least slightly unpredictable; im sure there are lots of ideas floating out there and i know new player retention and null seems to be the focus.. but…. c’mon.. please.

Vets don’t need new content just for us. Our skills allow us to do everything at near maximum efficiency, so all new content is for us.

This latest update brought a bunch of new content and new ships. Why not try that?
Also your ‘ISK per hour’ mindset is the best way to minmax the fun out of the game. You’re even saying so yourself: ‘nothing profitable enough for you to bother undocking for’.
Step over it and try something for the fun of doing something new instead of doing it for ISK.

What do you mean by new content?
A lot of the Veterans I know drive their own content, it is what the flexiblity of this sandbox is all about. Bored get friends together and go do something! Visit your neibhor a few systems over and see if you can get into a fight. Look there is content! You just lost a bunch of shiny ships, go grind up the mats to make new ones.
Is it repeative in some aspects, yes. But each fight is different. If a tactic did not work the first time, brainstorm with friends and try a different fit, load out, fleet comp. Lots and lots of combinations out there.
I disagree only because I when I retire, I think I will spend my online time with 3 cloaked toons in key null sys mucking up their day while I watch vids and timing myself. It appears to be the only way I can kick null in the junk harder than Zaera these days. I will pay $$$ for that!
