FPS Stutters at any graphic quality

Hi,

Decided to give EVE a try again, and when I got in the game i saw that i get really bad stutters even in station, regardless on graphics setting, can be medium, can be max.

CPU: Ryzen 7800x3D

GPU: Radeon 9070xt

RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz
Installed on a SSD

I cap it at 144Hz, and it drops as low as 50-60FPS, i’m In Zoohen right now, and while the move the camera around the ship i get the stutters

I looked on reddit and here for a reason/solution, but nothing that works, switch between DX12 and DX11, in all 3 types of window mode.

I have latest driver for everything, GPU driver was manually installed not updated, no game bar on, no overlay software, outside of FPS counter from STEAM

Any ideas why, and how to fix this?

Try turning off vsync. I had a similar problem… This is no good in giant fleet battles because it actually causes your pc to render more frames sometimes which bogs your client
