My takeaway from the video: OP was a CSM member (or maybe gave CSM as an example of a farce and a den of manipulation?) and was able to manipulate a situation somewhere where war was declared and he profited from that, but now he wants to be banned by CCP (as in he wants this kind of manipulation to be a bannable offense?) because he realized what he did was wrong and he doesn’t want the next generation of players to experience the same kind of regret. (He is now wiser because he was alone for a while and I think there was also a near death experience involved)
Something like that.
BTW he mentions Germany but I think he is Chinese, judging from his accent.

Way to take one for the team there. No one else was even close to sifting through that.
All I took away from it was that he didn’t know why his heart or soul felt so bad in babylon . There was other ramblings in a vaguely European accent about time travelling and feathers being mightier than swords but I didn’t enjoy that bit as much lol
