If they have deliberately crippled their ship then it’s not dangerous for you to bring a ship that is equally gimped in counter-specialization to catch them. HighSec gankers fly with looting Itty’s loaded down with WCS across the entire rack and still the Militia catches them.
What’s wrong with bringing the right tool for the job along with your fleet? And if you are solo hunting should I not also then call you coward (for cravenly refusing to gimp your ship by fitting properly for the task at hand because it hurts your combat ability) as you call the farmers cowards for their fitting to the task at hand?
