I read about the presidents and I don’t get it. Are they just flavor text? Is this going to be like the shipcasters where different factions have players contribute points towards an in-game trigger?

One will push for more war against the Caldari and screw Intaki
One will push for unrestricted science and a free Intaki
One will have welfare for the poor and reduced AI
Ultimately the President will likely set the goals of military campaigns in the future for the next set of expansions.
