Its very simple to send automated chat messages via bot, whilst bumping with a bot.
Its even simpler to chat as a botter, while the bot is handling the bumping for you.

All the bot needs, is a script that “approach” the target and activates prop mods.
The botter can also script chat commands in Local, per activation of certain parts of that script.
Or, they can chat while the bump-bot does the rest of the work,

I would suggest a till downtime hardcap. A freighter pilot needs to learn their place and just pay the ransom. If I ask a hauler to jump, they should reply with “how high me lord”

After the Miniluv suggestion of a 25min hardcap is implemented, you can still try to do that.
Mate haulers know whats up when they see Siegfried Cohenberg on the gate. They get their self destruct button ready and just begin contracting their assets over before they even decloak.
