Ganking is the only consistent and "fair" content

and youre always undocking with an instaundock ? you never jump through gates ?

and if youre a second late then your resistense doesnt activated

if you fit a full bulkhead with mwd you have 96,4k EHP …
and you dont care about aligntime because you always have 10 seconds ! ok lets say 11 seconds because human reaction time

and still the 96k ehp are ■■■■ EHP ! you can easy reach more then 110k … or just use an impel ! as i know its the ship with the most EHP ! still if you dont have any active tank mod installed !

i´m flying bustards and i have easy get over 90k EHP + mwd for aligntime … and the bustard is the worst DST for EHP … if i dont care about aligntime then i can reach 120k+ EHP ! without any active module … this makes me almost ungakable for profit if i dont move 5b or something else

and you forget that you need to activate to profit from your resistance ! if you dont activate it you dont profit ! so a passive tank on a hauler is always the best option ! and btw … resist doesnt care ! if you match EHP then it doesnt matter if you have 0 resistance or 99 % resistance !

why not ? if you have an armor tank and want additional EHP for tornados then why not fit in your med slots another passive resistance mods ? this adds to your EHP … your not a combat fit so you dont want to fight … you want to survive !

EDIT :
3% pwg implant and you have 109k EHP with 11 sec aligntime … no cargo malus like the bulkhead occator ! and its adjustable with the “expensive” mods … but still 550m isnt that expensive

I get 91K EHP from that. Yes…a lot better.

and you dont need to pay attention about your resistance ! reduces the mistakes you can do !

Well…whatever the ins and outs of resistance, the main point is that the original claim…

Most of the times there is nothing you can avoid the gank.

…has been refuted.

absolutley correct ! if anybody thinks you cant avoid ganking then this person does not know anything about mechanics ! if they would, then they could avoid it easy

if you have experience and skills in math then you have way more points how you can avoid ganks !

Not if you get decloaked, your align time becoming irrelevant as you going home in a pod.

Unless intentional or unintentional podexpress. :smirk:

Do you think you need a cloak for 10s aligntime with a mwd ? Btw… you dont !

Do explain how you can reduce 30 second align time to under 10 seconds without a cloak or webber and then explain how you survive a gatecamp.

Easy.

M W D ! this is basic knowledge … the cloak doesnt change your aligntime ! the MWD cloak trick works only that good because you cant get targeted and then think about which module reduces your aligntime …

which gatecaps ? oO in HS there are no gatecamps … and easy … maybe you read some of my posts and then maybe you could know how to survive a gank

This is fun watching ganker types arguing about align time, I knew that once you lot had driven enough normal players off these forums you would end up arguing amongst yourselves over trivial things, and here we see it in action, great stuff, please continue.

What is a “normal player”? Someone who is too new (aka too uneducated about the game mechanics) to know the easy methods of avoiding a gank? Or someone too stubborn to learn the absolute basics of EVE Online Gameplay?
And why should someone be “driven off” the forums by simply telling him the truth, which is that being ganked is the result of a lack of knowledge or lack of attention or both?

Gankers wouldn’t need to repeat their arguments over and over again if there wouldn’t be a new whining-topic or ranting reply each week created either by a complete noob who simply doesn’t know the game (yet), or another alpha-forum-troll-alt of someone wo could know better but refuses to accept that open space in EVE is a 100% pvp area or some inactive bittervet who doesn’t even play any more but keeps coming back every so often to spread nonsense and lies that have been refuted a 100times already, disappearing again for some weeks once he has been proven wrong for the 101th time.

This is true

Wardecs

To warp you need to reach 75% of your max speed.
If (!) you picked the right propulsion module for your ship, then you simply align while burning, for one burn cycle (10 seconds) and kill the prop module. Your max speed will drop to normal, but you are still going at burn speed. If you by that time are not at or over your 75% regular max speed and warp off into the sunset, you have the wrong prop mod installed (or are drowning in heavy armor plating. Mass matters for efficient acceleration). So, with the correct propulsion you will not need longer than 10 secs to warp off.
This of course is not taking into account scrams ,etc., but ideal conditions. And also overweighing your ship (with heavy modules) can be fatal, as your one cycle burn cannot accelerate all that mass sufficiently to even reach the 75% of regular max speed,
The basic align time is simply calculated from 0 to warp with no propulsion mods. Most of that time your ship will be using to reach 75% of max speed. And if you look at the simualted time with prop mod, align time will usually be higher, as the calculation assumes you will be burning for the whole alignment and not just for one cycle. Reaching 75% of a 500% increased max speed is obviously horrid. Always aim for a one cycle burn warp (in case you have no cloak or for some reason cannot cloak).

I am a normal capsuleer.

Yes

if you move your DST in a war then your stupid and you deserve the loss of your ship !

We all make mistakes and get stuff wrong. The successful people in Eve are not the ones who never screw up, but the ones who don’t keep making the same mistake again and again.

The people who do mistakes and don’t learn from them, come running to the forums and whine to daddy CCP to have the game mechanics altered in such a way that it would no longer be a mistake to do what it is they are insistent on doing over and over again.
