I’ve got no problem having -10 characters being unable to dock in npc stations, providing concord is changed so it always acts as if its been pulled and concord being on grid doesn’t change the response time.

Well, that is your limited perspective. As far as I know, Astral Corp (or whatever they are called) actually do something. A lot actually. So much actually that CODE needs to gank them out of existence before CODE can gank a freighter. 
And as said, as long as gankers can just stay and operate from incontestable, unchallengeable NPC stations there is very little you can do: You can repair the target, which is already being done; you can jam the ganking ships, which is already being done; you can tackle them while they travel, which is done sometimes; you can counter gank their Machariels, which is done so much (meaning 1 or 2 times per year) that the bumpers these days are staying docked or tethered until a scout finds a target. You can engage their looting freighters, which has been done a few times but mostly requires ganking those because gankers use disposable alts to loot the yellow wrecks.
And yet, the gankers can just come back with another wave of ships from an NPC station and you cannot do anything about it.

To me, gankers are the lowest of the lowest and they pick easy targets because they are afraid of actual fights. Ever called a carebear a carebear? Gankers are just that. Risk-Averse PvP-Bears.
With that said, I still think they have a place in the game. Definately.

This is literally any change that is made. I can only think of a few changes recently where players weren’t up in arms.
Look what just happened with the HIC change and now the ECM change. Far more vocal than gankers.
An unsolicited voice message sent to a personal mailbox is worse than an anon message on a page yes.

At the end of the day we probably will have to agree to disagree because I have not seen what you say in EvE and you have not seen what I say in WoT.

Maybe, but we can hardly test this hypothesis of yours if all you do is ad-hominem attacks rather than providing actual arguments or even evidence that what you want to change is actually a problem.

Given what the so called victims say when they get blown up in this game, they are the ones who should be banned in most cases, because they are the ones breaking the EULA.

I would say you’re being a little unfair really. If you look at most topics concerning ganking nerfs propositions, you’ll find:
- The OP typically has a very limited experience and knowledge of ganking mechanics
- The situation(s) / examples are blown out of proportion
- The thread is started with extreme aggression right from the start
So consider the above with the fact that every week we get recycled threads with the same outcomes. It’s not really about shutting down discussion around the subject, but more like this has been discussed a million times and the last thread was locked so why try again?
Did you know that in the comments of one of the posts I was featured in on Minerbumping that someone commented on it wishing harm to my daughter?
