So some of the modules he mentioned decreased inertia. Do any modules increase agility?

modules - inertia stabilizers, nanofiber internal structure
rigs - polycarbon engine housing, low friction nozzle joints”
Didn’t change, would have been my list, too. Some also increase speed on grid, some only agility.
Be aware that an activated prop mod decreases agility significantly. Also there are some modules and rigs bearing that effect.
