I lost the Google authenticator app for my second account, when I switched phones, and can’t recover it even after multiple tries. My question is does anyone know a workaround so I could log into my second account? I get stuck after password and it asks me for Google authenticator code… which I can’t access nor could I cancel the 2-factor log in for my second account.
You’ll have to submit a support ticket, I’ve had to do this too.

They will remove the authenticator, I think you will need to know a few specific things about your account like a character name and access to your email.

when you reenable 2FA, I recommend using Authy, with it backing up. hooks up to a phone number, and allows for encrypted backups.
