I played this game from around 2006-2009 or so before I got bored of it and left my character to a friend. I’m back now and I think I’m hooked again.
The first night I did (part of) the tutorial and some basic level 1 missions and thought I wouldn’t make it another day. The second night after a bit of research I grabbed myself an exploration frigate and found myself a quiet backwater corner of null to do some relic sites in. Before I even knew it 2+ hours had passed and I had over 100m loot! I understand that isn’t a lot of isk by todays standards, but for a returning player on day 3 it is a nice chunk of change for me, and I was surprised how quickly the time went!
Now armed with isk in my wallet, I have purchased 10 cheap fit rifters to yolo into lowsec. Already I have two 1v1 kills and two losses to go with it (I even tried a 1v2 lol). I got a little of the shakes and jitters after the fighting even though they weren’t close fights lol.
Anyways, I am back in the game, and I am looking for a corporation. I think this exploration gig may actually be for me, so I am looking for a place where I can continue doing that, but also I am looking to get into PvPing in some gangs, whether that is small frigate roams where I can bring a rifter, or a larger fleet fights where all I do is tackle, I am not too particular atm, just looking to meet some friends and get some action and make a bit of money.
