Suicide ganking is Elite PvP because it requires a lot more preparation and knowledge about highsec game mechanics, which is arguably the most complicated set of game mechanics of all spaces. There are very few small exceptions of EVE PvP that require more knowledge and skill that suicide ganking.

I dropped my mining lasers and am enjoying many other activities, both in hisec and nullsec, along with my alts. And guess what CODE had 0 influence on that. Stop acting like you guys are the most important content in the game. If CODE vanish today another group would take it’s place, without it’s hisec scam and arrogance . Hell if that happens I would even join them, as I played pirate role in every space game I played before.

Setup takes a little time along with scouting either via cloaked Co Op or roaming in an Barge fitted only for stealth ship scanning and fast warp.

Then the Security status issue with requiring a supply of fitted ships delivered on system as even 5.0 HiSec can be troublesome for -4.9 + pilot security status as Concord will start chasing as soon as that pilot boards a ship in space, meaning they need to be warping to the target asap.
