don’t get me wrong I’m not against ganking, just saying a misconception about what elite and PvP together means. Some agents call themselves ELITE pvpers, shooting ventures and haulers who don’t shoot back. if a venture got caught even with a +2 warp strength, it’s tottaly his inability be or lack of experience ( or dumbness too), not skills from the gankers. It’s like I shoot chickens in my yard with my rifle and tell at the bar I’m a war veteran.

While I can see the point you are trying to make, what you are saying is akin to going to a hockey game then complaining and expecting the NHL to change the rules of the game because you find it too violent. Why would you go to such a game if it is not your cup of tea?
The same can be asked about Eve. Whey would you expect the game to change because you don’t like the way it’s played? In most circumstances, a person would opt to play something different… something more aligned with their play style…which Eve is apparently not yours.

Not bothered at all this is just a discussion about some ideas.
I don’t disagree CODE it’s a legit gameplay, even if I don’t like the way they do it. I disgree with the constant out of topic posts trying to recruit for the ranks. Won’t even mention rookie help channel, it’s a shame.
CODE is a figment of your imagination, it is your fear of these ‘boogiemen’ that caused you to accidently press the self destruct button and explode. I repeat, CODE does not exist.

I’m not supporting either side here, but I will say this:
CODE isn’t just a high security ganking group, they roam around null sec a lot and join in on fights.
They’ve provided a fair share of fights in Null, and it isn’t ganking, it’s straight PVP.
They also attempt to extort ISK from miners under beliefs that I disagree with, but the beliefs belong to them, so who am I to judge?
That’s because they forget to swap over to their mains.

Oh this is just a misunderstanding the common miner has about PvP in general. It doesn’t really matter if a ship “can shoot back” if you completely overwhelm it, which is what happens in most cases anyway.
Suicide ganking is Elite PvP because it requires a lot more preparation and knowledge about highsec game mechanics, which is arguably the most complicated set of game mechanics of all spaces. There are very few small exceptions of EVE PvP that require more knowledge and skill that suicide ganking.
Again you learned something. If this continues you will soon be able to drop the mining laser and actually play EVE.
