Well, there was that one time way way back I fit a skiff with a Cyno and pretended to be mining in nullsec. Who knows what someone could end up doing. Maybe a fleet of ventures pretends to be mining all fit with weapons and waiting! Honestly, that’d be hilarious.
Nah, what would miner do with weapons? They never shoot back, not even when they are smart enough to have some weapons.
