Have DSCAN window out by default

1. It’s not hard to do.
2. There’s no need to add more elements to the UI of an already confused newbie than necessary. One step at a time, not all at once.
3. Copy pasting the UI is a good idea when you set up a new client. It will automatically be there for you then!
