HAW weapons on dreads

I just put rapid torpedo launchers on my phoenix, the dps in simulation mode shows only 1102.3 dps, since dev mentioned the HAW damage on dread should remain same after patch, the dps of my phoenix is supposed to be same as the dps simulated on tranquility which is 3964.6 dps.

PS: also the rapid torpedo launchers are not getting cpu modification from engineering skills

Haw damage reduced, added back through siege are you sure you are simulating siege?

yea, without siege the dps would be only around 100
