I can’t possibly help you without seeing your male character, not to mention that I don’t even know if I can help you. One step at a time, though.
This was a thing? I had no idea!
So you want a character who’s face is “realistically” reflecting his past experiences, or more one that shows his emotional status quo? Of course both mix, but one can be more emphasised than the other. I’m ignoring the limits of the game’s character engine here, btw. It’s alright, but there are far more muscles in a face, telling a lot of stories of everyone’s past, than it allows us to modify.
I don’t know if that’s allowed. As far as I’m aware, the seller has to pay the fee and there we’d be entering a problematic territory if you wanted to send me money, because my bank account is no one’s business and I don’t use paypal or anything. Can you transfer ethereum? 
Normally I’d say “gift me the equivalent omega time” (that’s not RMT, though you can’t give me the equivalent in ISK!) but I fear logging in and seeing the red dots and notes telling me that I need to log off again. It would be a waste.
I’d like to make tests before you waste money on sending it to me. If you can send me the character via in game mail, so I can check it out and copy it, that’d be great. Also, I’m not actually sure the resculpt is still available after selling a character.

You have no idea. The amount of sad, exploitable loners and losers out there is endless. Just ask CCP, they’re milking them far and wide.

You’re actually off to a good start, just take your time messing around with the various character poses, camera angles and lighting options.

Yes, prior to the introduction of the new character creation engine, it was possible to swap the portraits from one character to another, assuming they were on the same account and of the same race, bloodline, etc.
More the latter i.e. emotional state.
If this one could be replicated then Id be happy.
Yes, I’m pretty sure you’re right i.e. the seller has to pay the fee.
Like I mentioned before, I don’t want to get anyone into trouble, so if It’s not possible then so be it.
All I can say is that the limits preventing what should be a simple thing to achieve aren’t on my side

The resculp does persist after a character has been transferred.

Different people have different drives, goals and preferences. Me personally I enjoy character concepts and I take my time per character to mould it into something I enjoy, it helps me connect to said character and (role)play it based on that character’s concept.
That also means that I enjoy seeing other people put in effort to create something interesting, I might not always agree with the choices they make (as those are personal) but the fact that they put in that effort makes me smile.
For others it might be different which is fine, everyone has their own perspective.
I spend time making all my portraits with what they do in mind. Algathas for example the space pirate used to be more foofy looking. Then when I went pirate I also made my portrait to match the combat lifestyle.
