It’s neat how the people who need warning labels the most are also the least capable of actually being saved by them.
OK, wall-o-text, but I think I see your problem: trig standings.
your alt does not have positive standings with the Triglavians. Hence, they aggressed you when you jumped the gate into a Minor Victory system. You got a popup to warn you, and you ignored it.
So, to prevent this happening again in the future, you need to take your main and your alt into Pochven, find an Incipient Drone Swarm and kill One (1) Rogue Drone. This will allow you free movement through Triglavian and Edencom systems throughout the cluster.
You didn’t get a pop-up saying oyu’d enter a triglavian system?
Well, this thread’s timing is too uncanny and matches exactly a CSM discussion thread about “if only the contraband pop up warned I would lose ISK getting caught, I wouldn’t have clicked it away and been caught red-handed trading slaves and lost ISK”.
What is it with the recent obsession around creating the “perfect-for-me” pop-up warnings?
Take responsibility OP, I hope you learned 5B ISK worth of lessons about Triglavian mechanics since you’ve invested that much in yourself.
Hi-Sec NPCs that aggress indiscriminately and offer no counterplay are toxic content
You have to understand CCPs design philosophy which can be summed up as “If something is different then its good.” And Hi-Sec NPCs that aggress indiscriminately and offer no counterplay is different therefore its good.
easy answer was given :
but is is only a potential danger oO they didnt sit always on a gate and you hit the “potential” … why you didnt understand this ? warnings are warnings and this has to be enough ! if you ignore them your flying a freighter through this system → your doing somthing very stupid !
why they should change a part of the game only lazy ppl cant handle it ?`
we all would like to see that youre going to retire from forum … !
There is, by default, a popup that appears when you try to jump in to a system owned by the trglavians/edencom, which you disregarded in order to jump in to the system, the danger was presented to you, your problem is you didn’t then research what it was you were being told and made and incorrect assumption, you have now learned the important lesson of reading and then trying to understand everything that is presented to you
When told there is danger is the next system over the normal response is to look in to what that danger actually is, you however decided you didn’t want to spend time learning what that popup related to and you paid the price for your ignorance, are you the sort of person who sees a button that says “do not press” and then immediately press it because it doesn’t tell you what it does?
Nope its intended, the bug they fixed was some high sec rats giving standings, because of the standings triangle its entirely possible to be positive to both as both sides hate the drivers/rogue drones that spawn in pochven, so killing them grants you standings to both sides
Its interesting how someone like @Vuhdo_Rin spends so much time on the internet and still gets easily triggered. Its the internet, its a place of different opinions, predictions and facts. Why are you using it if you are so intolerant?
This is just pure nonsense.
Even without Triglavians, there’s no way I’d fly 3 or 4 billion worth of ship through a 0.5 system without scouting first. Even when flying my 1.4bn ISK Nightmare, which has large EHP and DPS, to a new staging station I scout the route.
Dual boxing makes the scouting very easy…just use a shuttle in the other account. But even if you only have one account, as I did for a long time, it is easy to just dock up, send a shuttle through the gate to check, and so on. You plan the route so you already have shuttles in the relevant stations ( you can fit 2 shuttles inside a Praxis…a tactic I often use ).
All of which costs next to nothing, and the extra time added to your route if you are only using one account is just the minute or so to change characters. There’s no excuse other than laziness to not do this is you value your 4bn ISK ship, and it is generally lazy people who lose such ships.
you said you had ignored me xD and still i triggered you
i wonder why you didnt see that youre the dude with the dumbest ideas… and your pending so much time on the internet !
diferent opinions yes but if you lead “alternated facts” as opinion is idiotic !
and facts are facts ! they arent opinion or something …
im not intolerant but this dont say i´m accepting stupid ideas like yourse !
I gave you a second chance but you seem as intolerant as ever so back on ignore you go By the way if you are not intolerant then you should be able to link a post of yours where you agreed with someone
noo xD if someone realy wants ppl on ignore then they stay on ignore you just cant refuse to answer me xD you never had me on ignore and you never will
as youre obsessed with me you would find any post ! but the most threads and posts are stupid and only createt on the “its my sight of thing” theme so its an imbalanced idea ! if its an imbalanced idea because you cant think about more then your own problems then its a stupid idea … and i said what i think about stupid ideas
Just more nonsense on this thread. The few times I’ve interacted with devs or support I’ve received interest in whatever the issue was. That was because I was reporting a genuine issue and they wanted to resolve it. But if all you have is ’ waaah…the game is not fair !', then it would not surprise me if you received little interest. No…the game is not fair. It is not supposed to be fair. It’s a cruel hard universe. Get over it.
That is the most toxic reply i have read? You are accusing OP of not being genuine when he has clearly taken time to write a proper post. And who is to say whether an issue is genuine or not? Not you
you cant even read xD its against YOU and not the OP … !
You get a warning the very first time…as with Edencom systems, first entry into nullsec, etc, and player then has the option to disable the warning in future. This player thus must have disabled that warning at some point. If they were ‘returning’ after 7 years and had never encountered a Triglavian over-run system before, they would have received a warning message before entering the system…just as occurs with noobs entering Edencom systems.
What should you do when you get the warning? Log out until its gone?
Er…pay attention to it ! You know, like the first time anyone enters lowsec they get a ‘lowsec is dangerous…are you sure you want to take the risk ?’ message…which asks if they want to receive that message again and most say ‘no’.
But also…in Triglavian systems, even without any message at the gate there is a red Triglavian symbol appears on the HUD that tells players they are in such a system. So this player must have flown through that system a number of times and never wondered what that symbol means.
So your suggestion is to not disable the warning? and then what should you do when you get it? Can you list the options other than ignoring it
