High-Sec war decs

Merin does not understand their own words.

The moment you degraded to being an idiot and were beaten with experience.

This isn’t some magical moment in time. You walked right into it. You went to befriend them out of game.

You are so focused on calling someone else sheeplove that you have lost your rationality.

Deal with it.

every npc corp for players has the 11%. it was raised many years ago to force people into player corps but players still see it has a write off to being dec immune, many incursion runners either stay npc or corp hope to tax evade corps.

There is an easy solution to this: make the tax rate 11% for the first month of a character’s existence, increasing to 99% (with the tax applying to mining, manufacturing, etc as well as NPC bounty payments) by the end of the second month. And make war decs apply to every character that is in a corp that is involved in a war, even if they subsequently leave the corp, until the war against the original corp ends. You either join a player corp or make newbie-level income forever, and corp hopping is not an option anymore.

You obviously hate this game so much. You won’t be happy until they shut down the servers.

For a pvper Merin sure has a pretty bad zkillboard page.

Lots of these kills are npc assisted.

Ayy another one using a kb as a pointless argument lmao

Thats the ultimate I don’t have anything left to say so I’ll just try to be a smartass

Well I thought since Merin was so happy about making every player quit the game maybe she already took the lead considering nothing since January 18th. It would explain the desire to make everybody lose 99% of their efforts in npc corps.

That’s actually not unusual in FW areas. You can’t control when the opponent gets shot by an NPC and often, the NPCs will already be dead by the time a fight happens.

Even as a neutral in FW space, if you warp into a plex where someone is offensive plexing, the guy will have been shot by NPCs at some point and then appear on the kill, even when not present during the fight. That occurs pretty regularly.

Just a lowsec thing.

Similar thing happens in null if you are chasing ratters. The rats don’t have much impact on the outcome of fights, they just appear on killmails.

Assisted isn’t the right word.

They do almost no dps. They are just there to brick tank and slow down capture. The damage dealt you see would have been dealt over a span of minutes and likely had zero effect on any fight.

No, actually I like the game. I have some criticism and things I’d like to see, but so does everyone else. I will just point out that I primarily hate players like you. But the developers are not listening to you. They have stated their vision for the game, and it aligns fairly well with mine. It rejects your awful ideas, and throws them in the trash can threads where they can be properly ignored.

Lol, the last resort of people who suck at any other kind of argument. People have already covered how NPC ā€œassistanceā€ on FW killmails is often irrelevant damage from several plexes earlier and has nothing to do with the actual fight, but I’ll just point out two other things:

  1. This isn’t my only character.

and

  1. I hate killboards, and unless it’s corp policy I refuse to post on them. I know that there are kills (some of them pretty nice ones) that do not appear on my killboard stats because the target never posted their lossmail and I’m sure as hell not going to post it.

Ya know I was thinking the same thing when you wrote this:

because when you do what you suggest then people leave faster.

As opposed to someone who hates a game so much they want to ruin it for everyone already enjoying it by changing a core concept, simply because some players play it in a way you don’t like?

A core concept. Each faction had a mining based ship. They were changed. Not because everybody hated their core ship but because it was a tested concept to adapt to the venture.

A core concept. Player built structures. They were towers. Now they’re slowly merging into citadels. Things changed and continue to change.

To hold to the past so desperately because you fear change is a core concept you’re applying to others. What do you have to fear about a test so badly that you are willing to rampage the entire new player database fully and completely just to keep it the same unbalanced concept it currently is?

Neither of these changes you listed changed the concept.
The concept of mining ships still exists, the concept of player structures still exists.
The details changed. Not the concept.

The concept of war still exists. The concept of player structures still exists.
The details changed. Not the concept.

But because it’s applied to one word it’s wrong. Explain why only one word gets special treatment?

Because you are talking about changing a core concept. Not about a few details.
So listing changes to some minor details doesn’t provide any support to your arguments.
