How about a limit on disruption modules just as with core stabilizers?

As it says on the tin.

I saw the burst stab get removed, and heard people used to use multiple core stabs, so how about we can only use one scram/disrupt, just as with the single core stab restriction, like whatever technology stopped functioning with multiple core stabs and bursts also stopped functioning with multiple scrams/disruptors?

I don’t hunt, I flee [or attempt to], and I think this might make for a bit better potential counter to escape after being locked, barring 3/100 point.

I agree with this. We used to be able to fit multiple stabbers to get away, now we can’t, but the hunters can still fit multiple points or scrams…not very balanced.

You now can have twice the amount of warp core stabilization as before with a single module, so many hauling ships have far more variety of fits now than before.

Also because of the new heavy combat penalties of warp core stabilizers it’s pretty rare to facr a ship with one equipped, so most tackle ships only fit one point or scram and can easily be countered with a single warp core stabilizer.

I think the new warp core stabilizers are far more effective, more balanced and more fun than before.

The only change I’d like to see is faction warp core stabilizers with +3 strength to counter faction +3 scrams.

Yeah that would be reasonable. It is between allowing another stab and the current state, and it is fair it would cost a hefty extra for the additional strength instead of another cheap module fitted and it would not require another slot to be sacrificed either.

I would disagree. just lost a Mac this morning

The guy was in a Arazu with 2 scrams. I was just trying to get the ship that ccp nicely puts it in a low sec to hi sec. I had one stab on. That did nothing .

Bottom Line ccp has and always will continue there hatred for industries and mining. I have played this game since 03

They have done nothing but nerf nerf nerf anything to do with industry. Now they have gotten so blatant that they remove your ability to have a chance to to get away in mining ships. They took all the ores out of hi sec. Gave us crap moon joke mining. Removed belts removed ores. I mean really wtf have you done for the production side of eve.

Jist another selfish one sided move by ccp.

This is why Veterans like me who keep trying to come back to the game. Just gets sickened by the blatant one sided dont give a darn about anything to do with hi sec mining and low sec Production. CCP

All they advertise is destruction and want you to buy isk through there Plexs

Someone Make Eve great again!.

This isn’t any different than if you had filled all three low slots of your Mackinaw with three old warp core stabilizers and the Arazu had brought the same 2 scrams.

You’d be caught and dead either way flying an unscouted undefended Mackinaw in dangerous space while a hostile name is in local.

What exactly is it I said that you disagree with?

Fun fact, if you had repackaged that Mackinaw and placed it in a Blockade Runner you would easily have avoided that Arazu.

People always misunderstand the intention of the module… Warp Core Stabilizers are not meant to make you 100% safe against tackling. They are one optional piece of the puzzle to make it harder to tackle you.
So you will - and should - be only ever safe gainst some tackle attempts (aka the aggressor only manages to bring a single point or scam on you). But not against well prepared and executed ones (aka the aggressor can bring enough tackle strength to overcome your warp core stability).

The new WCS is a good change and the only thing I agree with is with @Gerard_Amatin’s additon to create faction versions that are 1 point stronger than T2 WCS’ to counter faction scrams.
