HOW CAN WE REVITALIZE THE MARKET?

You ask if distributing and multiplying the pain across x stations would help? I don’t think so. Reverting that trash mechanics back to 0.01 isking might help, but I don’t see that as somewhat realistic possibility, that CCP would even consider to implement.

IMO as I already said, besides the trivial “allow 300 days offers”, solutions could be :

  • remove the BOs visibility from the market. You only see your own BOs. When you want to direct sell, instead you place SO at the present lowest SO value in the station / in the region if none is present in station / average region or system value otherwise / 0 else . The implementation is trivial
  • add a hidden “floor” value when you place an offer. When you place an offer, you also can place that floor value. When someone purchases an item (that means, at a value higher or equal than an existing price), the offer chosen is the one with the lowest floor value. eg if I place an SO 100 with floor 50, and someone place an SO at 60 with floor 60 (default), when a buyer wants to purchase the item at 60, actually my offer is fulfilled (at 60). Same if instead the reseller placed at 50, since my order is older. If however he places an offer at 60 with floor 40, then his offer is used.

I forgot : also when the prices fluctuate too much, there is no point starting long time investment because you can’t make accurate prediction at the time where your investment should mature. CCP changing resource generators allocation is a case of oversized fluctuation .
CCP should not remove generators : they should reduce them

IMO there should not be such difference in resource production among the spaces. There should be a minimum for all resource production, even if 1/1000 - and the weights of resource generation should be modified continuously, eg over a month, not over a day.

Simple: there is no such agenda. I am really sorry you still misunderstand my intentions, but I think I have explained my point of view on this topic a dozen times now. But, thats not the topic here.
