It’s perfectly OK to attack someone who chooses not to PvP, because this is a PvP game, and they voluntarily chose to be a target for PvP.

The Eve Universe is big enough AND diverse enough that one person’s joy doesn’t require taking another’s. 25-50% of the player base love PvP. There’s no shortage of it.
So, if you say ganking is “legit” because it’s PvP, I say you’re full of trit!
