How long will GM handle the tickets, A Reimbursement Tickets, in commen?

Support tickets are handled using triage. Reimbusement tickets I think are one of the lowest priorities. Right now they probably have a huge pile of reimbursement tickets to go through because of the march update. I would be prepared to wait months, were I you. Just forget about it and go about your game. They’ll get to it eventually. It will be a nice surprise for you then.
Whatever you do, don’t put in tickets asking how long. That actually puts your ticket back at the start.
