Does anyone have any idea how long it will be until lost ships from the DDOS attack will be reimbursed? My support ticket has been open since May 4th. No new communication.
They probably have a huge number of such tickets to go through, poor blighters. They’ll get to yours eventually. I’d just put it out of your mind and it will be a nice surprise whenever it gets dealt with.
I got an email saying they massed reimbursed a bunch of people who lost ships at known problem times, but I didn’t get any message in game. So I updated my tickets asking for a manual review.
Anyway, they are working from home due to covid and are being slammed by support tickets due to the DDoS attacks and an influx of new players. So, I’m trying to be patient.
