Ok yeah forgot about that… I guess I don’t see what he’s trying to accomplish. If the end result is going to be using the structure through ACL then why not set it up that way to begin with and keep the structure in an alt Corp?
I mean even if he transfers the structure to another Corp in alliance the war follows the structure so it’s going to die. I can’t think of any mechanic that allows a group to have their structure evade wars and remain intact.
There is no way to save a structure unless you defend the timer.
The dude is just posting nonsense now. But it is the right type of nonsense to steal people structure if you get what I mean. 
It is actually pretty good in that sense. Using the “Let us protect you from the Big Bad Mercs” as a cover only to steal the structure from the unsuspected corp.

Hello , let me explain why did they eager to do that… i think it was fisrt hand my fault … i did helped new pilots alot and had been financing thousads of free ships for new pilots from the first day… to give them oportunity to explore the game without grind preassure and give them chance to find their way they enjoy to do to become self sufficient, and train them into PvP… carlos had been one of those pilots like many others… and they would like to contribute and return the favour by producing and fitting those ships who handover to other new pilots in public events and for our academy …
in this process i actually support and buy only from new pilots … corps who help and guide new pilots with all new intentions … i have pumped around 6000 euro value ships and services for new player experience…
Did buy everything with %100 jita current sell price … and they didnt pay tax or anything at all i direct trade … i provided full ace 10 /20 originals and mats and even freighters ect those corps…
This was a project which havent supported by CCP. Morover that it was pretty clallenge to convince many very aversive new pilots that we dont scam or such… it was too good to be true … and yes it was actually true …
This group who wardeck carlosses group… they have tendancy to prey on sensitive and vulnarable players… i had seen how they caused another player switched into psychosis because of them… wardeck is not only thing here… they are toxic griefers and enjoy to prey on people who has challenges also…

In the opening post there is talk about opening a market citadel near Jita. So the main idea here is to evade some of the taxes when trading items? It sounds good, but arent there some better established market hubs near jita that folks already use. Also is jita 4-4 no longer a trade hub or what?
Like you dont need to own any structures to use any of those.
Also if the citadel would only be there because of some fishy use of game mechanics
related to wardecs, why would anyone dare use that citadel for trading instead of the more established ones? Also in the opening post it says that they can only dodge the wardec for a few weeks using this newfound technique, why would anyone use a citadel that is only going to be there for few
weeks for trading?
Or is the idea of this to make ships cheap at your own citadel? I could be wrong here but arent there a lot
of publicly available ECs in high sec you could use for your production? I mean ones that have atleast reasonable cost of use.
Maybe this is an RVB thing though? My alt was in rvb in late 2014 but there werent any drama like this back then. When we were decked the corps would go “purple” to fight the wardeckers. Winning or losing was not the main concern, getting to fight and shoot at things was! They used to handout frigates and smaller ships back then too and on some ops you would get back your ships hull price if you posted the lossmail on the rvb forums. So you would get your insurance money + the hull money. Using t1 fittings you could actually make some money by dying in combat.
The talk in the opening post about “new players” owning citadels near jita and using tens of billions of isk worth of injectors to inject useless skills to own citadels that are there just to annoy someone? Why would you do any of this? Wouldnt the money be better spent on just buying some ships and fighting with them
if getting ships was the purpose here?
And then theres the talk about rl accusations and such. It is sad if losing some pixels in space triggers that sort of thing.
hi again… when i had been in RVB we did also launched an pvp academy … and i had been fully financing everything simply while stacking up donations to build up assets for future or red fed and blue rep… I didnt left RVB because of i had been toxic… i never argue with members and havent break heart… i lead with compassion and kindness always… bona fide . Reason of me out of RVB is something God emperor kane blended into this posts subject adhominem and offensive way… and put me onto position to defend myself

We had been giving all fitted ships free … SO we are talking about thousands of ships here… so shiopping rom jita was not reliable for us anymore… i had been spending soo much time to fit thousands of them and by that mean even 3 jumps away can be annoying… since also finding same meta modules like 600 800 of them truly headache esp racial guns ect since those are only drops so we start wtih switching meta modules to t1 modules… to feed the academy staile and flood of ships keep coming… we need a production line… And honsetly i really want this system works for new pilots with all dimentions… so new pilots produce new pilots will explode and new pilots learn and grow into game …
I did strcitly kept the RVB out of wars and i did kept RVB and Academy strictly as non profit community on focuse institution…
those new players of course infomed from first hand about what what happenes if they drop citadel in that early stage of game and WD mechanics… also they did know that RVB had politics around doesnt envolve any wars ect… … And they understand this… thats why also still no hard feelings and we dont have any issue at all…
This corporation is not the only new player guiding helping corp i had been supporting and supplying ships for academy… but even this spesific corp they were provide supply around %30 percent of ourr needs mayy be %40 rest some other corps and some of them even not war eligible… and the corps who kept their connection to our academy hidden they did not get any damage…
Jita can be big market in your head… but just so you know… i had tried amarr market…like last year… its very easy to collapse… i had been sending new pilots to rest of new eden for example x module there is no left in amar or z hull… in that time… 2 days old pilots… sold condors 5 mil eeash in Amarr… sold normally 150k mods each 1 mil isk… they had been bringing what i need i buy them with normal sell price of amarr… then they put rest to market… and while they have been outsidee exploding ships inviting duel each other having fun… they had been having crazy fun!!!
im talking about less than week old players here… soooo much cheers soo much fun … great content … I did kept very beautifull veterans in those fleets to explain new pilots mechanics and answer the questions while i had been trying to sent the word out and invite new pilots …open to public from all pilots from all npc or corps… i did collapsed jita market for the all items range our area of interest …

safe in eve, ALL the rules and EULA give TOTAL freedom to gankers, griefers, charlatans who scam people, safe, SAFE, surely ye jest.
Use 100 alpha characters in different 1 man corps keep changing between them whenever it is wardecked and just give the Corp of your people access to the structure and boom literally impossible for them to get in highsec unless you go afk for a while

As mentioned before. War follows the structure, we have popped a few even with all those shenanigans going on. The last war lapsed (Did not pay the war bill to extend it) because we have moved to Amarr for a multi week OP.
At most this is however a brilliant way to steal people structures.
